Innisfree Reviews

I review skin and hair products after using them for more than a few weeks, only to come back and find that they've been deleted. My 5 and 4 star reviews remain. But the ones that were 3 or 2 stars, they just vanish into thin air. Their product review system is not credible. After buying over $200 worth of products and realizing their deceptive business practices, I will no longer shop at innisfree.com. Good riddance.

Americans/USA cannot register on their website? I think a lot of people would think that is rude and inclusive.If they are not trying to be inclusive then solve the problem. Also it won't matter unless they charge price similar to Stylevana because I for one will not pay more, I will shop where the prices are better.

Products are good, but the customer service providers suck. They promise 3 points for purchases upto 200$ and then 5 points after. I have spent thousand dollars and there are so many missing points. There is no phone number, only an email - that they dont reply to after sending multiple messages. They give you the run around and never respond clearly. Points don't even show up in my account
